Aloha mai kākou! You can call me Ikaika [Ee-ky-kah].
I am an aspiring artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Book layout, identity design, and collateral design are just some of the things I can do and I am constantly learning every day.
Maopopo nō ka ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi iaʻu, a hiki nō noʻi ke hana ma ka ʻōlelo makuahine. E nīnau wale mai nō!
The kupukupu fern (Nephrolepis cordifolia) is an indigenous Hawaiian symbol of knowledge and was sometimes woven into garlands for hula practitioners to encourage the burgeoning of wisdom. My given Hawaiian name, Kekupukupuikaikaikawailelenoe, also features this fern and has become an integral part of my identity.
